It's pretty straight forward, but here's some explanation:

• Download or open our Trust Instruction Form.
• The form covers BC, Alberta, and Ontario Trusts.
• Print and fill it out as best you can.  We'll cover any questions you have after we receive the form.
• Once completed, please fax the form to us at 604-272-6959 or scan and email it to us.  We will respond to you once we receive it.  Give us a day or two.  Check back if you don't hear from us.

The Law Society prefers that we say this:

None of downloading the form or sending it to us creates a lawyer-client relationship with you.  Do not use the form to send confidential information.
