It's pretty straight forward, but here's some explanation:

• Download or open our LLP Instruction Form.
• The form covers BC LLPs
• The form is a fillable PDF, so you can enter the information directly into the form.  However, you won't be able to save the information on the form unless you have a full copy of Adobe Acrobat, so be sure to print it out before closing
• Fill it out as best you can.  We'll cover any questions you have after we receive the form.
• Once printed, please fax the form to us at 604-272-6959 or scan and email it to us.  We will respond to you once we receive it.  Give us a day or two.  Check back if you don't hear from us.

The Law Society prefers that we say this:
